Zach Pousman drives the strategy and design aspects of Tarkenton’s partnerships, working with stakeholders to transform a vision into a detailed, comprehensive plan. He helps to assemble key players for each new project into an effective team based on the required expertise and skills. In conversation with our partners, Zach works to define the plan of action, quickly get to market, and iterate based on real-world feedback. Zach founded Helpfully, Tarkenton’s research and strategy partner, in 2016 and has worked with Tarkenton since 2018.
