Rick Gossett collaborates with partners’ strategic planners to develop business cases and forecasts. He helps assess alternative solutions and identify the best ways to integrate new offerings into your existing product and service lines. Rick has been COO of Tarkenton for nearly 30 years and is an expert in business operations, responsible for financial forecasting, business software development, unique partnerships, business educational content, consulting, and more. Before joining Tarkenton, Rick owned and operated a private practice as a CPA. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at Pannell Kerr Foster in tax and audit, as well as Principal in Ernst & Young’s small business advisory group.
