As a Client Experience Specialist at Tarkenton Companies, I leverage my customer success and communication skills to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients. I have been working in this role for over two years, providing support, guidance, and feedback to our diverse clientele.
In addition to my current position, I have over 15 years of experience as a translator and interpreter in English and Spanish, with a certification in medical interpreting. I have translated and interpreted various materials and events for e-learning, education, healthcare, and community sectors. I am also a Spanish instructor, teaching private and small group classes for students of different levels and backgrounds. My mission is to help my clients and students communicate seamlessly and effectively despite language barriers, and to foster cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
