Jenn Sikes has been part of the Tarkenton organization since 2007, where she served in several roles including VP of Annuity Sales for Tarkenton Financial. As Chief Financial Officer, she works with Tarkenton’s executive team to oversee internal financial operations and make strategic decisions to positively impact growth and profitability. She also collaborates with leadership and strategic partners to develop potential new partnerships that are financially sound, strategically beneficial, and aligned with the organization’s business goals. Following her graduation from UGA's Terry College of Business with a Finance degree, Jenn started her career as an Account Executive in the mortgage industry and later gained more financial experience working as a financial analyst for a private equity firm.
